SHIPPING

All the order will be shipped to the shipping address supplied through your Etsy order. Please check that the address is correct before completing the checkout. RONIBIZA Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addressed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to completing the purchase.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES: Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve cases of delays before the end of a period of 45 days from shipping date.

Please understand that once that package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. As for the moment, we ship Monday & Thursday.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you provide.

On your cart page you will see two options to choose from:
--> trackable standard shipping - it could take up to 21 days to arrive
--> worldwide DHL express - usually takes 2-5 days to arrive

RETURN

RETURNS ACCEPTED: We guarantee a refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your order.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging and condition.

RONIBIZA Jewelry has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged

We carefully inspect all my pieces before they leave the studio. If an item ever arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES: We do not accept any package where integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. Note that the only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.
