How to use the septum, nose stud, and nose ring correctly?

In order to take care of your new septum, it is important to bend it to the side (never upwards) as little as possible when putting it on and taking it off.

How to clean the septum, nose stud, and nose ring?

Brass and silver oxidize naturally with time and skin contact. Wash it with a bit of lemon juice or vinegar to bring back the metal’s color, shine, and brightness.

Care instructions?

In order to keep your jewelry long-lasting and in great shape, please avoid direct contact with water, perfumes, and other chemicals.

We also recommend that you take off your jewelry when showering and washing hands, or when entering the pool or sea.

Shipping & Delivery

When my order will be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. As of the moment, we ship Monday & Thursday.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you provide.
Check the address before completing the checkout process.

On your cart page you will see two options to choose from:
--> trackable standard shipping - it could take up to 21 days to arrive
--> worldwide DHL express - usually takes 2-5 days to arrive

Since international mail is affected by various circumstances, we cannot resolve delays.

Returns & Refunds

How to return an item?

Products with 40% off CANNOT be returned.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging and condition.

The package can be re-shipped once the jewelry is returned to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will have to pay for re-shipping and handling costs.

Can I get a refund?

We will refund only the item price, not the 7.5$ shipping fee.

If an order is returned for the following reasons, I will not offer a refund:
1) incorrect address provided by the customer.
2) package not claimed after being attempted delivery
